Biographie

Keni Kassim RUGABISHA (également connu sous le nom de Kassim NIZEYIMANA) est un réalisateur, scénariste et producteur rwandais. Il a créé sa propre maison de production. À partir de 2015, il a travaillé au Mashariki African Film Festival dans un département de programmation en tant que programmeur. Il a réalisé de nombreuses publicités. ITARA est son premier film après avoir obtenu son diplôme en cinéma de l’École de cinéma et de télévision de Kigali (KFTV).
